Terms and Conditions:-We ask for a small deposit before arrival (cheques made payable to Fieldview) or we will accept your credit card details, if this is not paid one week before you arrive we will assume you are not arriving. If you book and are unable to take up your room please let us know, we understand that your plans change, if you don't contact us to cancel without giving us chance to re-let your room you will be expected to pay two thirds of the cost of the stay if we cannot re-fill the rooms (the legal requirement).Group bookings :- booking all rooms in Fieldview means just that - we will charge for all room regardless of how many people turn up, so please check your numbers before you confirm., you will still be charged if you cancel just before you arrive unless other arrangements have been agreed by ourselves. We don't like making rules and you won't see notices in Fieldview, apart from no smoking and pets we are pretty easy going, however we would ask you to remember that every booking we take is important to us, if you cancel and don't tell us, it's a little like your employer refusing to pay you, we get extremely annoyed at people who do this, If you are the type of person who does this we prefer you do not book with us. If
you take part in astronomy it is entirely at your own risk, we do
not undertake accompanied astronomy between the 1st of June and
the 1st of September as it does not get dark enough.
